Horrors of Humans and Healing A Child We as humans are capable of so much... Yet we hurt the ones that need us oh so much, How can this be? I thought we would be greater than that. How can we hurt the innocence The ones that depend on us for guidance and love. Some say that we are but an extension, An evolution from animals... Meaning we are still animals in nature. How can we beat and abuse the children in this world, Making them suffer such pains  and horrors, Giving them sorrows and the worst of dreams, Why can't we just love them, Like they were meant to be?
